If the claim was decided in your favour, you'll receive a refund. Refunds go back to their original source, such as your PayPal account (instant), bank account (up to 5 days), or a credit or debit card (up to 30 days).
The decision made at the conclusion of a claim is usually final. It can only be appealed if new information is presented. If you’d like to appeal the outcome of a claim, you can do so in the Resolution Centre within 10 days of the case closing.
