Why did I get API error code 10209?
PayPal returned error code 10209 - Preapproved Payments not enabled
Cause
BAUpdate or DoReference Transaction calls were used but Preapproved Payments (PAP) isn't enabled for the merchant.
Solution
Preapproved Payments is no longer an available product for PayPal merchants. Instead, you can use an alternative option such as Reference Transactions or PayPal for Partners.
