What is the chargeback fee charged by PayPal?
PayPal charges a fee to the seller when the buyer files a chargeback with the credit card issuer. If the transaction is protected by Seller Protection Policy, PayPal will cover the amount of the chargeback and waive the chargeback fee. View the eligibility requirements for Seller Protection.
The fee is charged based on the currency received. For more information on the chargeback fee applicable to Hong Kong sellers, please review our User Agreement.
