Your transaction is the result of a Billing Agreement with a seller
A Billing Agreement allows a seller to charge your PayPal account when you purchase goods from them or use their service.
An example of this would be an agreement to pay eBay seller fees for listing items on eBay.
Go to the summary page of your PayPal account to see who the payment is with, and if you have any questions regarding the Billing Agreement, please contact the merchant directly.
With Billing Agreements, you can set up a preferred payment method or cancel them at any time.
