How can I cancel a Buyer Complaint?

You can cancel a Buyer Complaint from the Account Overview page.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre near the bottom of the page.
  3. Select Open Cases in the dropdown box and locate your transaction.
  4. Click View under the "Action column" for your transaction
  5. On the Complaint Details page, click Cancel Complaint.
  6. On the Close Dispute page, indicate the reason for cancelling your complaint and click Cancel.
