Why did I get API error code 13113?
PayPal returned API error code 13113 - Buyer cannot pay or buyer cannot pay with PayPal for this transaction.
Cause
The buyer's credit card or funding source was denied, or their account can't make a payment due to a limitation.
Solution
If the buyer contacts you about this error, have the customer visit PayPal's Contact Customer Service page for help resolving this issue.
