How do I view emails sent to my Sandbox account?

In the PayPal API Sandbox test environment, all of the participants in transactions (test users) are fictional and don't have true email accounts. To accommodate this, the Sandbox has a special self-contained email system. Each PayPal API developer has one inbox which receives all email messages addressed to test users. A developer sees only emails addressed to test users linked to that developer. Emails to all test users linked to the developer appear in the same inbox.

Here's how to view your Sandbox emails:
  1. Log in to the PayPal Developer Portal.
  2. Click Dashboard.
  3. Under Sandbox, click Notifications.
The Notifications page displays your Sandbox-generated emails. Click each one to open it.
