Before June 30th, 2018 PayPal is requiring all account users to update their browsers to remain compliant with new security standards. You won't be able to access your PayPal account after June 30th if your browser isn’t updated. Learn how to upgrade your browser.

How do I update or provide more information on my incidents?

Here's how:
  1. Click My Stuff.
  2. Log in and open the incident that you want to update.

    Note: For security reasons, your Technical Support website password is different from the password for your PayPal account. To create a new password, click Forgot your username or password?
     
  3. Click Update Question.
  4. Enter information in the Results or Additional Information fields.
  5. Click Submit Update to Question.
