What if I use the Issue Refund link, but I don't have the total amount available in my PayPal balance?

If your PayPal balance does not cover the refund:
- If you have a confirmed U.S. bank account, we'll withdraw the amount of the refund from your bank account.
- If you don't have a confirmed U.S. bank account, you won't be able to issue the refund until you add money to your PayPal balance.
