I paid with PayPal before signing up. Can I open a dispute?

To file a dispute from a purchase receipt, you'll need to first register a PayPal account.

Here's how to register your PayPal account:

  1. Access the email receipt from the purchase that you want to dispute.
  2. Click the sign up link within the email.
  3. Enter the billing information with the credit/debit card you used in this purchase.
  4. Click Submit.

If you can't find the email receipt of your purchase, please contact us and we will send it again. Once your account registration is complete, you can file a dispute on a transaction previously sent through PayPal.
