Yes. The Resolution Centre is where you can track the progress of disputes, chargebacks, appeals and limited account access.
Here's how to check the status of a transaction dispute:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre at the bottom left of the page.
- Select Open Cases from the drop-down menu on the Resolution Centre page.
- The status of the transaction in question will be under the Status column.
- Click the case number to bring up the transaction details page that displays the status details of the dispute.
