How do I set up the shipping costs for PayPal purchases on my website?

You can customise the shipping costs you charge buyers who make purchases on your website. Here’s how:
  1. Go to Seller preferences.
  2. Click Update beside “Postage calculations”.
  3. Customise your shipping costs, and then click Save.
To enable your shipping preferences, make sure to select “Use settings saved in your PayPal profile” within each shopping cart button you’ve created and update the button code on your website.

Offering free shipping for individual payment buttons
You can also set a specific shipping amount for individual shopping cart buttons. This allows you to offer free or discounted shipping for buying special items on your website. Here's how:
  1. Go to Seller preferences.
  2. Click Update beside "PayPal buttons".
  3. Click Edit button under "Action" next to the button you want to offer free shipping.
  4. Select Use specific amount under "Postage" and enter 0.00.
  5. Click Save.
