I have an issue with my transaction. Where can I view the status of this issue?

The Resolution Centre is where buyers and sellers resolve issues. You can check on things like an issue status or limited account access, and you can manage disputes, chargebacks and appeals.
 
To go there, log in to your PayPal account and click Resolution Centre at the top of the page.
