How can I cancel a Buyer Complaint?
You can cancel a Buyer Complaint from the Account Overview page.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Centre near the bottom of the page.
- Select Open Cases in the dropdown box and locate your transaction.
- Click View under the "Action column" for your transaction
- On the Complaint Details page, click Cancel Complaint.
- On the Close Dispute page, indicate the reason for cancelling your complaint and click Cancel.
