How do I contact PayPal Customer Service?
Message Centre
You can message us any time. Just log in to PayPal, go to your Message Centre and choose “New Message”.
To message us on the PayPal app:
- Tap your Profile Photo.
- Tap Message Centre.
- Tap contact us.
- Select your issue and follow the instructions.

To contact us on Instagram, go to instagram.com/PayPal

- Go to our Contact Us page.
- Choose the issue that most closely matches your reason for contacting us.
- If the information you're shown doesn't answer your question, scroll down.
- Depending on the issue and whether or not you're logged in, you'll see an option to message us, call us, use the PayPal chatbot or ask the community.
To contact us via the PayPal app:
- Tap your profile photo.
- Choose Help.
- Choose the issue that most closely matches your reason for contacting us.
- If the information you’re shown doesn't answer your question, scroll down and select Contact PayPal Support.
- Depending on the issue, you'll see an option to Message us, access the Resolution Centre, or Call Us.
