Case Update: The buyer must ship back your item within 10 calendar days

We’ve decided the case in the buyer's favor.

To receive a refund, we've asked them to return the item(s) to you within 10 days and provide tracking details to us. We won’t issue a refund until the delivery is confirmed. Be sure to have enough money in your PayPal account to cover the refund.


When you receive the item(s), let us know in your Resolution Center.


If you receive the item(s) back in a different condition, you can appeal the case after it closes.
