Why did I get API error code 10621?
This error can occur for one of the following API methods and means that an order has expired:
- DoAuthorization.
- DoCapture.
- DoReferenceTransaction.
- DoVoid.
The order you're trying to authorize, capture or void has expired. Orders remain open for 30 days, and funds can no longer be captured after that period.
You can use the GetTransactionDetails API, using the Order ID, to determine the status of an order. If the status is expired, take no further action with the order; close it out of your system.
