How do I void an order or authorisation for my customers?
Authorisations and orders enable sellers to arrange a sale but delay payment until a later time.
Here's how to void an authorisation or order:
- Go to Activity and select All Transactions.
- Find the transaction and click Void.
Tips:
- Voiding an authorisation cancels the entire open amount.
- Authorisations usually expire after 29 days unless you’ve captured or voided them.
