How to use the Payment Request Wizard for Outlook:

Step 1: Download and install the free Payment Request Wizard for Outlook from the PayPal website.

Step 2: Launch the wizard from within Microsoft Outlook and follow the steps for creating a payment button.

Step 3: Select the type of payment button you want to include in your customer's email. You can customize the email with text and graphics.

Step 4: The Payment Request Wizard for Outlook automatically generates an email with a payment button. Your customer clicks the payment button to pay you through PayPal. The customer doesn’t need a PayPal account to pay you.

Step 5: Your customer is sent to PayPal to complete their payment. Funds are credited instantly to your PayPal account. You can then transfer your funds electronically.
