How does the PayPal Commerce Platform manage disputes?

Sellers or buyers can dispute charges by filing a case with PayPal, their bank, or their credit card company to reverse charges, or chargeback. See the  Disputes API integration guide for more information. You can also use the Resolution Center to manage disputes manually.
