To reset your password on the web:

Once you complete the security check, we’ll ask you to create a new password.

Choose how you want to complete our security check and click Next. 

1. Go to our login.
2. Click Forgot password?
3. Enter the email address you use for PayPal and click Next.

To reset your password on the app:

1. Tap Forgot password?
2. Enter the email address you use for PayPal and tap Next.
3. Choose how you want to complete our security check and tap Next. 
4. Once you complete the security check, we’ll ask you to create a new password.
