I did not receive my email address confirmation

If you haven't received the email we sent you to confirm your email address:

  • Check to make sure you entered your email address correctly on your PayPal account.
  • Look in your junk mail or spam folder to see if your confirmation email was delivered to that folder instead of to your email inbox.
  • Add service@paypal.ch to your address book.

If you still don't see the email, please request that another confirmation email be sent to you.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click the Profile icon.
  3. Click Unconfirmed under the email you want to confirm.
  4. Click Confirm this email.
  5. Check your inbox for the new confirmation.
