I did not receive my email address confirmation
If you haven't received the email we sent you to confirm your email address:
- Check to make sure you entered your email address correctly on your PayPal account.
- Look in your junk mail or spam folder to see if your confirmation email was delivered to that folder instead of to your email inbox.
- Add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
If you still don't see the email, please request that another confirmation email be sent to you.
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Click the Profile icon.
- Click Unconfirmed under the email you want to confirm.
- Click Confirm this email.
- Check your inbox for the new confirmation.
