Over the next few weeks, PayPal will be added as a payment option on eBay. You can preview some of these changes below:

Sell Your Item Form

PayPal will be added to the Sell Your item form as a payment option. Sellers will even be able to add PayPal to their listings before they have opened a PayPal account: just choose "PayPal" as a payment method on eBay's Sell Your Item form and enter the email address to which you would like your payment sent, and you'll be ready to receive your buyers' online payments! You'll be taken through PayPal's quick registration on receiving your first payment.

View Item (Open)

When sellers choose PayPal as a payment option on the Sell Your Item form, the PayPal logo will automatically appear at the top of the listing, making it easy for bidders to know they can pay with PayPal.

View Item (Closed)

If a seller selects PayPal on the Sell Your Item form, PayPal will appear as a payment option below the Pay Now button as soon as the listing ends. The Pay Now button appears at the top and bottom of each page, so it will be easy for buyers to know that PayPal payments are accepted.

PayPal Search

PayPal will become an option in the 'Show' box when you are browsing or searching eBay listings. This way, buyers can just click the PayPal Items link to show all of the relevant listings which accept PayPal. All sellers need to do is select PayPal on the Sell Your Item form to be included in this search.

Checkout

When a buyer clicks the Checkout button on a closed listing, the Choose a Payment Method page will be the first page of the Checkout process. This will simplify the payment flow when a buyer wants to pay using PayPal.
