KEEP YOUR RECEIPTS

You’ll need to upload a copy of your return shipping receipt that clearly shows:
1. The amount you paid for shipping.
2. The date you shipped the item.
If your receipt does not show the address you returned the item to, take a picture of the package clearly displaying the address, before you return it.

REQUEST YOUR REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS

Don’t delay! All return shipping requests must be made within 30 days of when you shipped the item back to the seller.

To request a refund, go to your Activity and select the transaction you have returned.

Select the “Request a return shipping refund” link located in your purchase details.

To edit or view an existing refund request for this purchase, select ‘View past return shipping refund requests’.
