Why did I get API error code 10736?
PayPal returned API error code 10736 - Shipping Address Invalid City State Postal Code - A match of the Shipping Address City, State, and Postal Code failed.
Cause
Your shipping address as entered is invalid. City/State/ZIP doesn't match, possibly because something was misspelled or miscapitalized.
Solution
Redirect the buyer to where they entered the shipping information and allow them to update the shipping address. For additional information, see How do I create a one-time payment with Express Checkout?
