Where is the “Print shipping label” button in my PayPal account summary page?

Only the seller of the transaction can see the “Print shipping label” button. This button appears only for transactions involving a sale of physical goods, and in accordance with PayPal’s User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy.   

If the above criteria are met and the merchant is still not able to see the button in the “Summary” page, next to the transaction in question, then the “Shipping settings” must be turned off in the seller profile.

Please update your shipping settings on the shipping profile page to see the “Print shipping label” button.
