What is Payment Review?

We review some payments to help protect sellers from risky or fraudulent payments.

If we review a payment, we'll send you an email within minutes letting you know that your payment is Pending while we investigate. We also ask you not to ship your items until our review is complete. Payment reviews typically take 24 to 48 hours to complete.

If the payment clears, we'll email you and advise you to ship the item. If the payment doesn’t clear, we inform you and reverse the payment.
