What's the difference between Standard Rate and Merchant Rate?
The Standard Rate is the basic transaction fee for sellers receiving payments through PayPal.
Merchant Rates are determined based on sales volume from the previous calendar month. Here's how you can view the Merchant Rate Criteria and apply for the Merchant Rate:
