Can I provide additional information or evidence to help resolve a claim?

Yes, you can send us a fax or upload your information to the Resolution Center.

To send us a fax or to upload the documents:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click the Notifications bell at the top of the page.
  3. Click Resolve next to the claim.
  4. Click Resolve Complaint on the Claim Details page.
  5. Select I will provide other evidence for this dispute by fax, file attachment, or note and click Continue.
  6. Follow the prompted steps.

If you send us a fax, we’ll send you an email confirming receipt of your information.

To upload your information to the Resolution Center:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. At the bottom of the page, click Resolve a problem in our Resolution Center.
  3. Click Resolve next to the claim.
  4. Click Resolve Complaint on the Claim Details page.
  5. Select I will provide other evidence for this dispute by fax, file attachment, or note and click Continue.
  6. Click Browse and find the file you want to attach.
  7. Click Open.
  8. Enter a brief description (up to 100 characters).
  9. Click Upload File.
  10. When you’ve attached all of your files, click Send Files.
