Send money to France

Here’s how to send money to France with PayPal:

Go to “Send & Request” in the app

Enter your recipient’s name, email address, or French phone number as prompted

Choose the amount to send to the recipient

Select your preferred payment method

Review the transaction information, including all applicable fees, and select "Send".

You can also send money to someone who doesn’t have a PayPal account with Xoom, a PayPal service.³ To transfer money internationally via Xoom in the PayPal app, go to the App menu, scroll to ‘Send and Pay’ and choose your preferred delivery option.

International personal payments and purchase payments are subject to transaction and currency conversion fees. Currency conversion is paid by the sender. For the transaction and currency conversion fees, you can pay them yourself or opt for the recipient to pay the fee amount.
