If there’s an unknown charge on your PayPal account, let us know right away and we’ll help to protect you. You’re always 100% protected against unauthorized transactions sent from your account.  

Before reporting it to us, please double check it’s not a transaction you might’ve simply forgotten, like an automatic payment or subscription.

Here's how to report an unknown charge:

1. Go to your Resolution Center. (The Resolution Center is only accessible on a web browser, not the PayPal app.)
2. Click Report a Problem.
3. Select the unknown charge and click Continue.
