It's very important to ensure merchant accounts have the correct name matched to withdrawal bank. The merchant needs to be able to edit the Chinese character to PinYin translation in their Merchant profile in order to best match with the name on the withdrawal bank.

Here’s how to confirm your trading name on your account:

1. Go to Settings.
2. View your profile and click the Confirm button in the upper right corner next to confirm your PinYin name.
3. Click the select translation and check the PinYin name.
4. Click the Confirm button.

2. Click Account settings.
3. Click Add Your Business Name in PinYin.
4. Click the select your translation and check the PinYin name.
5. Click the Confirm button.

Withdrawal name change process for merchant:

This process is only applicable for business account. For consumer accounts, once the PinYin name has been confirmed, it will not be able to reset by customer or us.

Here’s how to change your withdrawal name on your account:

1. Go to Settings.
2. View your profile and click the personal information.
3. Click the Change button in the right corner next to the name.
4. Click edit your withdrawal name.
5. Upload the Bank statement/certificate and Registration form for the record of Foreign Trade Operator.

Please ensure that the withdrawal name matches your legitimate business name and the English name of the business submitted.
