Why did I get API error code 10554?
PayPal returned API error code 10554 - Payment declined by your AVS Risk Controls Setting.
Cause
The AVS Risk Controls caused this transaction to be declined.
Solution
Review your AVS settings and make sure you're not declining transactions based on an AVS mismatch.
