Helping to keep sellers secure

If something goes wrong with your sale, like you’re sent an unauthorised payment or a buyer claims they didn’t receive the item, our Seller Protection covers you for the full amount of the payment on eligible sales - at no extra cost. You must make sure you have proof of delivery and that delivery can be tracked and bear in mind that only physical items are covered, not services or intangible goods.
