If your eligible purchase doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match the seller’s description, we can reimburse you.
Within 180 days after transaction, open a dispute in our Resolution Center to try to resolve the problem directly with the seller.
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the seller, visit the Resolution Center again to escalate the process to a claim.
If your transaction is eligible, you will be reimbursed up to the full amount of the purchase, plus initial shipping costs.
You received what you ordered, but you changed your mind and don’t want it anymore. Just send your purchase back and the return shipping costs can be covered by us.*
Go to the Refunded Returns page and activate the service by clicking on the "Activate" button and logging in to your PayPal account.
Go to your Activity page and select the item you have sent back. Click on "Request return shipping refund" in your purchase details.
If your purchase is eligible, you can get a refund up to 30€ for each return and up to 12 refurns per year. To check or change a request, click "Refund shipping claims page".
