What should I do if I lose my mobile device?
If you lose your mobile device, your PayPal account is protected by the combination of your username and password or your PIN. Be sure to keep this information secure.
For extra security, let us know right away that you lost your device. Call us (on your app tap the Settings icon, then Help, Contact PayPal & Call Us) or log in to your account on our website and click Help at the top of any page.
