I haven't received my email address confirmation, what can I do?

If you did not receive a PayPal message to confirm your email address, check your spam or junk folder. Alternatively you can try adding service@paypal.be to your address book. Then check if you can see the email confirmation.

If you still cannot see the email, you can ask for the email confirmation to be sent again.

Here's how:

  1. Go to your Settings page.
  2. Click Confirm this email address.
  3. Check your inbox for an email with the new number.
