Why is the access to my account restricted?
Restricting the access to a PayPal account is a temporary measure to protect your account.
To see why you don't have full access to your account, go to your Resolution Center.
We usually ask you to provide additional information. Once you have completed all the steps, we will check your account and – where possible – remove the restriction.
To complete the required steps:
- Go to your Resolution Center.
- Select Open Cases.
- Click Resolve.
