How do I upload my documents?

If access to your PayPal account is limited, it means that we often need some additional information. We may ask you to upload certain documents.

To do so:

  1. Go to your Resolution Center.
  2. Click Resolve in the Action column of the relevant case.
  3. Select Resolve Complaint.
  4. Select the radio button to provide the documentation, and then click Continue.
  5. Follow the steps.
