How do I create a verified business account in the PayPal sandbox?

To create a more customized sandbox account:

1. Log in to your PayPal Developer account.
2. Go to the Sandbox test accounts page.
3. Click Create Account.
4. At the bottom of the popup beside Do you want a more customized account?, select Create.
5. Choose your desired options, including account type, a custom email address, verification status, or a credit card.
6. Select Create account.
