How does it work?
You bought a book but got a DVD, you bought a new item but got something that was used, you purchased 3 items but only got 2, the item was damaged during shipping, the item is missing major parts (that the seller didn’t disclose), or you purchased an authentic brand but got a knockoff instead. Tell us.
Items Not Covered
Intangible items like digital goods or services, real estate, motorized vehicles, custom made items, travel tickets, industrial machinery, prepaid cards, anything you buy in person, money transfers to friends or family, and items that violate our policies. You must open any dispute within 45 days and your account has to be in good standing or you will not be covered.
We’ll email you a receipt confirming the payment whenever you pay with PayPal. If you receive an email for a payment you didn’t authorize, contact us immediately. We’ll act fast to secure your account and investigate.
