“Eligible Participant”: Only open to Australian residents who: (1) are eighteen (18) years of age and older; (2) are the holders of an Australian PayPal Personal account in good standing (“Valid Account”) and (3) are eligible for PayPal Pay in 4 but have never used it before.

“Qualification Period”: Starts on 20 November 2023 at 8:00:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (“AEDT”) and ends at 11:59:59 AEDT on 27 November 2023 or until all Rewards have been claimed.

“Redemption Period”: Starts on the day an Eligible Participant receives their Reward in their Valid Account and ends on 31 December 2023. To avoid doubt, Reward must be redeemed or used no later than 11:59:59 p.m. AEDT on 31 December 2023.

“Reward”: $10 AUD voucher added to the Valid Account.

How it Works: As an Eligible Participant you must successfully complete the following during the Qualification Period to qualify for a Reward:

1. Make your very first PayPal Pay in 4 purchase between AUD $30 and $2,000 during the Qualification Period using a Valid Account, between 08:00:00 am AEDT on 20 November 2023 and 11:59:59 p.m. AEDT on 27 November 2023 (“Eligible Transaction”).

2. The Reward will be auto-saved into your Valid Account between 10 to 20 days from 28 November and will be viewable in the “Offers” section on web only if the Eligible Transaction has not been reversed. If opted into receiving PayPal marketing, you will be notified via an email, in-app and in-account banners from PayPal that your Reward is in your wallet ready for use. If opted out of receiving PayPal marketing, you will not be notified.

3. Once received in a Valid Account, the Reward will automatically be applied the first time that you checkout with PayPal during the Redemption Period at one of the following Australian online stores: Adidas, Adore Beauty, Baby Bunting, BCF, Crocs, Fila, Lenovo, Michael Hill, MyDeal, PetBarn, Puma, Scorptec.

(“Eligible Purchase”).

Eligible Purchases do not include: (1) send/request money transactions (including those marked as a “Goods and Services” payments), (2) charitable donations, (3) PayPal transaction fees, or (4) transactions made in any other currency and not AUD.

4. Use of the Reward will be reflected on your PayPal receipt and/or in the transaction details of your Valid Account. Rewards should post to your account within approximately three (3) days (of being claimed) but may take up to two (2) weeks.

Further Terms: A Reward must be redeemed during the Redemption Period no later than 11:59:59 p.m AEDT on 31 December 2023 and may only be redeemed as described in these terms & conditions. There is a limit of one (1) Reward per Valid Account. Only 20,000 Reward redemptions are available during the Qualification Period and Rewards will no longer be awarded once the limit is reached. Rewards will not be auto-saved into a Valid Account if the Eligible Transaction has been reversed. Redemptions are final. The Reward has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred out of the Eligible Participant’s Valid Account, except in PayPal’s sole discretion. If item(s) purchased using a Reward are returned and the Redemption Period has expired, PayPal will refund the money spent to the payment method used to complete the Eligible Purchase and purchase amount in excess of the Reward (i.e., the value of the purchase amount less the Reward amount) and the Reward will not be refunded. If the Redemption Period has not expired, the value of the Reward will be returned to the Offers section of the Valid Account and will be available for use by the account holder. PayPal may, at its discretion, provide an alternate reward of equal value if it is unable for any reason to fulfil the Reward. PayPal reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this offer in part or in its entirety at any time without notice, for any reason in its sole discretion. Similar offers may run at the same time; qualification for this offer does not constitute qualification for any other offer. PayPal is not responsible and/or liable for any lost, stolen, late, incomplete, illegible, interrupted, delayed, or misdirected e-mail, Reward, or offer-related materials or correspondence or if any participant’s e-mail address, Valid Account, or other contact information does not work, is deleted, or is changed without the participant giving prior written notice to PayPal. PayPal reserves the right to review any account or transaction related to this offer, in its sole discretion, without notice, and delay or reverse completion of the Reward.
