Why did I get API error code 11068?

Issue
PayPal returned error code 11068 - Seller restriction.

Cause
The API call is trying to initiate a transaction to a restricted PayPal account.

Solution
The account owner must log in to their account to understand what is being restricted. To have the restriction removed from the account, contact Technical Support for help.
