How do I create a UK PayPal Sandbox Business account?

Here's how:
  1. Log in to your PayPal Developer account.
  2. Click Dashboard.
  3. Click Accounts under Sandbox.
  4. Click Create Account.
  5. Select Country > United Kingdom.
  6. Select Account Type > Business.
  7. Complete the rest of the form.
  8. Click Create Account.
