Why did I get API error code 11452?
PayPal returned API error code 11452 - Merchant not enabled for Reference Transactions.
Cause
Your account isn't enabled for PayPal Reference Transactions. You can receive this code when trying to perform the following transactions:
- DoReferenceTransaction
- SetCustomerBillingAgreement
- BAUpdate
Solution
Reference Transactions require approval. Therefore, contact PayPal to have Reference Transactions enabled on your account.
