How do I integrate Express Checkout with Miva Merchant?

Here's how:
  1. Log in to your Miva Merchant admin panel.
  2. Click Payment.
  3. Click the ellipsis button (...).
  4. Select PayPal Express Checkout and/or Payments Pro.
Note: If you don't see PayPal Express Checkout in this list, click Add/Remove Modules then select PayPal Express Checkout and/or Payments Pro by clicking Install.
  1. Do the following to embed your PayPal API credentials into Miva:
  • Operation Mode - Set to Production.
  • Currency - Select your preferred currency.
  • API Credentials for payments and post-checkout operations - Click the button.
  • Account Type - Click Express Checkout.
  • API Username - Enter your PayPal API username.
  • API Password - Enter your PayPal password. (You must enter it twice.)
  • API Authentication Method - Set to Signature and paste in your API Signature.
  1. Click Update.
  2. Click the Express Checkout tab and fill the fields as follows:
    • Transaction Mode - Select your preferred transaction mode.
    • Enable In Context Checkout - Check the box.
    • Display PayPal Credit button - Check the box.
    • Use Customer's PayPal Shipping Address for Miva Merchant Orders - Click the box. Also, for seller protection purposes, check that this is a verified address from the PayPal account.
    • Send Order Details - Check the box.
    • Locale - Use the default value or select another location.
    • Review additional options.
  3. Click Update.
