How do I grant access to AddressVerify or GetVerifiedStatus to a third party?

AddressVerify isn't a recommended API permission, due to concerns about storing Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

PayPal recommends the GetVerifiedStatus API to verify a merchant's email address. To use this API, submit an application to PayPal Developer and select GetVerifiedStatus API.
