Can I appeal PayPal’s decision on my claim?

If you would like to appeal the outcome of a buyer claim investigation, please respond within 10 days by following the instructions in the outcome email that was sent.

Here’s how:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click Resolution Centre.
  3. Select Closed Cases from the list and find the transaction.
  4. Click Appeal in the Action column and follow the prompts.

Note: The Appeal button will be available for only 10 days after the claim was closed.
