What does it mean if my account access is limited?
Here's how to view the details and remove the limitation on your PayPal account:
- Go to Resolution Center.
- Review the details about this limitation on the page.
- Click Resolve in the “Action” column next to each required response.
- Follow the instructions to complete the required steps.
Depending on the complexity of your specific case, sometimes the review may take longer. Please refer to our email updates on your case, or track your case status in the Resolution Center.
