How do I verify my PayPal account?

You can use your credit card, debit card, or your bank account to verify your PayPal account. When your account is verified, the withdrawal limit on your PayPal account will be lifted. Simply follow the instructions to verify your PayPal account.

In addition to verifying your financial details to lift the withdrawal limit, new Personal account owners are also asked to confirm their identity with PayPal. This is to ensure that you're the rightful account owner, and to comply with Australian financial regulations. To start the confirmation process, simply click the notification prompt on your Account Summary and follow the instructions.
